Two of the MLS Western Conference's top four sides go head to head on Saturday evening, as Minnesota United visit the Q2 Stadium to take on Austin FC. United come into the game on the back of a three game winless run that has seen them drop from first to fourth in the table. Last week's 1-3 home loss to the Conference leading Vancouver Whitecaps will have been particularly disappointing, and United boss Eric Ramsay will be keen to get back to winning ways as soon as possible.
Austin also suffered a defeat last weekend, as they succumbed 2-0 to a strong Houston side. Nevertheless, it has still been a more than satisfactory start to the campaign for Nico Estévez's team and hopes are high that they can return to the MLS Playoffs after a two year absence.
