Game 1 between the Blue Jays and Orioles was suspended due to bad weather, but Games 2 and 3 were played, splitting games over the weekend. Just as the Orioles rallied in Game 2, the Blue Jays did the same to the Orioles in Game 3, winning 7-6 in a 10-inning game where reliever Jeff Hoffman got the last 6 outs, allowing just one hit and striking out 4.

Catcher Alejandro Kirk had a particularly good game, going 2-for-4 with a home run and driving in 2 runs. Now the Blue Jays are preparing to return to Rogers Centre, where they will host the Braves.

The Braves have only won one series in 2025 and lost their last one, falling 3-8 to the Rays in Tampa. After a Game 2 of several HRs, the Braves bats did not connect any in Game 3. It was another bad outing for second ace and last Cy Young winner Chris Sale, who is not finding his best form.
