Without a doubt, the Braves' best player in the first half of the season has been Spencer Schwellenbach, who continued his furious start to the season by pitching another six innings of just one run before the rain interrupted.

The Braves won't be resting and will travel to Tampa to play at George M. Steinbrenner Field against the Rays. The substitute home of Tropicana Field has proven to be a hitter's park and represents a good chance for the Braves to improve their collective AVG of 218 as of Thursday.
