The Atlanta Braves will go for the sweep today when they face the Colorado Rockies in Game Three of a three-game series in Denver at Coors Field. Fans can follow the action once the game gets underway at 3:10 p.m. EST.

Atlanta won Game One on Monday, 6-3, and dominated the hapless Rockies last night, 8-2. AJ Smith-Shawver got the Braves off to a solid start, going 5 1/3 innings and giving up just four hits, two earned runs, and striking out five. He could have potentially gone deep into the game since he needed just 59 pitches to get to that point, but was pulled after getting hit in the arm with a line drive. Most of the damage occurred when Rockies starter German Marquez was still in the game. Like Smith-Shawver, he was pulled after 5 1/3 innings but gave up 11 hits and seven earned runs.

Chris Sale is scheduled to get the start today for Atlanta. Sale is 1-2 in six starts with a 5.40 ERA. He got his first win of the season in his last start, vs. Arizona, last Friday (five innings, five hits, one earned run, two walks, and four strikeouts). Colorado will turn to Chase Dollander, who has lost his last three starts and has a 7.91 ERA and a 1.71 WHIP.
