We should be in for a great game in MLB as Chicago Cubs take on Atlanta Braves. The first of their three-game series, Cubs head into this one on the back of a series win against Pittsburgh Pirates, although they lost the last of that series 4-3. As for Braves, they themselves go into this on the back of a series win too, beating Philadelphia Phillies although again, Braves lost the third of that series. The similarities between each side's recent records doesn't end there. Both sides have Last 10 records of 5-5, and both go into this series in inconsistent form.

The Bravos sit top of the National League East standings and fourth in the overall standings. The Cubbies aren't too far behind, sitting in 6th spot in the overall standings and in second place in the National League Central. This should be a riveting series and one that is difficult to predict.

Braves have won four of the last six head to heads, but this game will be close. Instead of picking a winner, for our prediction we're looking at the Totals market. Despite the number of runs scored in Braves' most recent games, we think they'll be fewer than 10.5 runs scored in this one.
