The Red Sox will kick off a ten-game homestand today with Game 1 of a three-game weekend series vs. the Atlanta Braves. Fans can follow the action once the game gets underway at 7:10 p.m. EST at Fenway Park in Boston, MA.

After going 2-4 on their recent road trip, including getting swept by the Tigers in Detroit, some time at home may be just what the Red Sox need to get back on track. While they did have a couple of games where they scored two runs or less (which they lost both), overall, the lineup has been hitting well over the last week (.262 BA). The issue has been pitching; opposing teams are hitting .269 off of them with a staff ERA of 4.50 (over the last week). Atlanta, on the other hand, is coming off a four-game home stand vs. the Washington Nationals, where they won three of four games; they scored at least four runs in every game and allowed more than four just once.
