The Arizona Diamondbacks (15-13, 6-7 Away) will try to make it two in a row Thursday afternoon when they take on the Brewers (15-13, 9-7 Home) at American Family Field in Milwaukee, WI. First Pitch for this NL West vs. NL Central battle is scheduled for 1:40 p.m. EST with coverage provided by MLB.TV.

Arizona took the loss in Game One of the series, getting blown out by the Brewers, 13-2. But they came back with a vengeance in Game Two yesterday and evened the series up at a game apiece with a 6-2 victory. A pair of home runs in the fourth gave the D-backs a 4-2 lead; Arizona tacked on two more home runs in the ninth to close out the scoring.

Michael Soroka is scheduled to get the start for the Diamondbacks. Soroka is having a solid season so far with a 4-0 record in five starts, a 2.60 ERA, and a 1.16 WHIP. He has yet to go too deep into games, getting pulled before the sixth inning in four of his five starts. As for the Brewers, Brandon Woodruff is expected to start. Woodruff is 2-1 in five starts with a 3.77 ERA and a 1.01 WHIP. He took the loss in his last start after going five innings and giving up three earned runs.
