On Monday, the 49ers will host the Commanders at Levi's Stadium, a stadium where Washington hasn't won since 2014. The 49ers are riding high with a 5-0-0 record, their best start since 2013, while the Commanders arrive in Santa Clara with a 1-3-1 record this season.
After defeating the Broncos 24-14 in their last home game, the Niners once again demonstrated their dominance by winning 32-29 at Lumen Field against the Seahawks, the reigning NFL champions. Purdy displayed his composure, executing late scoring drives; the combination of him at quarterback and Evans paid off handsomely in Seattle. Purdy finished with 19 completions on 29 passes for 189 total yards.
Meanwhile, the Commanders played to an unexpected 27-27 tie against the Giants in their last game. On a very positive note, Jayden Daniels returned and looked more than good, completing 68% of his passes and combining for 302 yards.
