The Washington Commanders (3-9) will head into US Bank Stadium on Sunday afternoon to take on the Minnesota Vikings (4-8). While both teams have had extremely underwhelming seasons to this point, they will both be hungry for a win to snap their losing streaks.

Washington has lost 7 straight games, with their latest one coming against the Broncos last Sunday evening. After a pair of Jake Moody 4th quarter field goals sent the game into overtime, the Commanders found themselves down by a touchdown after Denver’s first drive. Marcus Mariota drove down the field and hit Terry McLaurin for a touchdown of their own, but they were denied on their 2-point conversion attempt and lost 27-26.

Minnesota is on a 4-game losing streak of its own and coming off a 26-0 loss to the Seahawks in which backup QB, Max Brosmer looked like he did not belong on the field for the Vikings. He finished with 4 interceptions and just 126 yards passing. He will be back on the sidelines this week as JJ McCarthy has cleared concussion protocol and will be back under center.
