Washington added two in the sixth but closed out the scoring with a run in the eighth to make the final 6-4, Philadelphia.
Jake Irvin will get the start for the Nationals. Irvin has an 8-8 record in 26 starts this season with a 5.30 ERA, 1.40 WHIP, and .266 OBA. He’s gone 6-5 in 14 road starts with a 5.49 ERA and .272 OBA.
