The USC Trojans will close out the home slate of their schedule tonight when they host the Washington Huskies at the Galen Center in Los Angeles, CA. Tipoff for this Big Ten battle is scheduled for 10:30 p.m. ET, with coverage via the Big Ten Network.
Both teams head into tonight’s game on a low note, USC riding a five-game losing streak and Washington a four-game streak. They each have losing records, so postseason play is unlikely. So, if they want to end their season on a positive note, they are running out of time to get things turned around. Washington has been a dreadful road team this year with just two wins (2-8), but both came within their last five road contests (75-73 vs. Penn State on Feb. 15 and 71-68 vs. Minnesota on Feb. 1). USC at least has an above .500 record at home at 11-7, but they’ve gone just 3-5 at home during conference play.
USC crushed the Huskies on Washington’s home court back in December 85-61. The Trojans outscored the Huskies 51-25 in the first half and coasted in the second to victory.

However, Washington hasn’t exactly been playing great basketball either at the moment. Both teams allow about 75 points per game, but I’m not confident either one will reach that mark in this game. If you really want to pick a winner in this game, I’d lean towards the Washington ML. The desire to finally beat USC and end the losing streak could give them an edge. But I’m betting on either shooting well in this game.
