The No. 10 Texas Longhorns will try to add to their CFP resume this weekend when they take on the No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs at Sanford Stadium in Athens. GA. Kickoff for this SEC battle between two top ten teams is scheduled for 7:30 pm EST. The game will be broadcast on ABC.

The season hasn't gone quite how Texas fans envisioned during the offseason. Arch Manning has been inconsistent, the offense can't run the ball, but the defensive front has been lights out. Teams struggle to run on the Longhorns, but they don't have a hard time throwing on their 93rd ranked pass defense. But hopes are high for Texas entering this game as they are on a four-game win streak. As for the Bulldogs, Georgia will take a five-game win streak into the game having taken down Kentucky, Auburn, Ole Miss, Florida, and Mississippi State since their one loss of the season to Alabama in Week 4. The Bulldog offense isn't super explosive, but it is efficient and capable of moving the ball on the ground or through the air. On the defensive side of the ball, an impressive collection of future NFL players keeps Georgia in every game.
