The Tennessee Volunteers will take on the Florida Gators at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville, FL, on Saturday. Kickoff for this SEC battle is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. EST on ABC.

It hasn’t been quite the season that the Vols had hoped for, but at 7-3 overall and 3-3 in conference play, Tennessee is lining up to get a bid to one of the better bowl games if they can finish strong. Their losses have been to powerhouse teams like Alabama, Georgia, and Oklahoma, and they were within a touchdown in two of them. So, give or take one play, and they could easily be a top ten team looking at the CFP. As for Florida, the season can only be described as disappointing. D.J. Lagway did not progress like they hoped he would. Consequently, the offense has struggled at times and scored 20 points or less in six of ten games, all losses. They were competitive last week against a very good Ole Miss team, leading 24-20 at the break. But the offense folded in the second half, and Ole Miss scored twice in the fourth quarter to steal the win.
