Can Jannik Sinner win by at least seven games against Adrian Mannarino?
After blasting his first two opponents, the world’s No.1 will try to maintain his almost invincible form at the 2025 Cincinnati Open as he shoots for a place in the quarterfinals against the gritty veteran, Adrian Mannarino, on Wednesday.
Sinner opened on DraftKings as an overwhelming favorite at -2500. Arguably the best men’s singles player in the world right now, Sinner has shown minimal flaws in his victories over Daniel Elahi Galan 6-1, 6-1 and Gabriel Diallo 6-2, 7-5. The Italian has now won his last 9 matches, coming off a title run at the 2025 Wimbledon Open.
Mannarino reached the round of 16 with a 5-7, 6-3, 6-4 upset over Tommy Paul of the United States. The Frenchman won 80 percent of his first serves to surrender only two breakpoints out of 16 service games played. He also seized three breakpoints, two of which in the third set, to pull off the comeback.

Our Jannik Sinner vs Adrian Mannarino Prediction
As masterful as Jannik Sinner has been in his last two matches in Cincinnati, I still think he will have a hard time beating Adrian Mannarino by at least seven games in their fourth-round duel.
Mannarino is just coming off a confidence booster of an upset against Tommy Paul in the third round. The man is playing one of his best stretches of tennis this year, finding ways to frustrate his opponents despite not possessing a big serve or devastating forehands that his younger foes have in their arsenal.
Barring a miracle, it’s still Sinner walking away with a straight-set win, but Mannarino will hold his ground to beat the spread.
Our betting prediction for Jannik Sinner vs. Adrian Mannarino: Adrian Mannarino +6.5 Games
