CF Montreal are rooted to the bottom of the MLS Eastern Conference and just two points off the bottom of the overall standings as they travel to face Seattle Sounders. The Sounders head into this one on the back of a first defeat in nine games after going down 1-0 away to FC Dallas. Seattle had won their four previous games and we expect them to get back to winning ways here.

CF Montreal have lost their last two games, and have lost three of their last four. They've only won two games on the road all season, losing 11 of their 14 away games so far. It's difficult to see them scoring in this match, let alone taking any points back with them.

For our prediction, we're looking at a comfortable Sounders victory. We think they'll dust off the defeat to Dallas and return to winning ways without conceding to the Eastern Conference's bottom side.
