Sean Brady vs Michael Morales Prediction & Picks - UFC #322

In the 2nd of the welterweight matchups on the main card, we are getting two of the most opposing styles. Sean Brady (18-1) is possibly the best grappler in the division and when he gets an opponent on the ground, it is not likely they are going to be able to escape and get things back to their feet. He has grinded out 9 wins via decision and scored another 6 via submission. Here, he is facing a rising star in Michael Morales (18-0). Morales is undefeated and has scored KO/TKO victories in 13 of his 18 wins. He is going to have a 7in reach advantage on the feet and will likely be focusing on avoiding take downs and looking for an early shot to put Brady's lights out. That is easier said than done as Brady will pose the biggest take down threat that Morales has faced in his career and if he is able to score the win, he will be on the fast track to a title shot. That said, Brady is ranked 2nd in the rankings and has been vocal in wanting a fight that will make him the next opponent for the title shot. Some believe this is not that fight and could have Brady in a mental space where he is not just looking to win but to make a statement.
