They won Monday's game 8-1 as a -123 betting favorite. Tuesday's game was thrilling. The D-backs won 6-5 on a walk-off hit by Jordan Lawlar.

With this, the Diamondbacks have won their last four games. Despite the Mets' triumph in their last two, they closed the gap. Arizona is only 1.5 games out of the final Wild Card spot, even though they positioned themselves as sellers at the trade deadline and let Naylor and Suárez walk.
