Toronto Tempo ended a horrific run of 12 straight defeats by beating Portland Fire 82-79 last time out. Next, though, Tempo faces one of the best teams in the WNBA in Las Vegas Aces. The Aces has already cemented their playoff spot but will still be looking for a strong finish to their regular season. Tempo has only joined the WNBA this season, one of the two 2026 expansion teams (the other being Portland Fire), but they've certainly been an exciting addition to the league. Their form, though, is very poor indeed. At home, they hold a 7-12 record and an overall Last 10 record of 1-9. As for Aces, they have an L10 of 5-5 but an impressive away record of 13-6.
It's hard to look past a victory for the Aces, and a comfortable one at that. While Tempo is an exciting, aggressive side, the Aces should have far too much for them in this match. For our prediction, we think this will be a convincing win for the Aces.
