Two teams that are last in their respective divisions made for an exciting game to watch, especially for those who bet on the Nationals' 6-5 win over the Pirates on Friday.

House responded with a solo home run in the sixth inning that saw the Nats pull within a run. The seventh inning marked the beginning of an impressive rally for the Nationals, who turned the score around with a home run by Crews and an RBI single by Bell. Bell has had an excellent September. On September 8, against the Marlins, Bell went 4-for-6 with two home runs.
Saturday's game pits Bubba Chandler, who recently made his first MLB start, against the Nats' Andrew Alvarez, another 26-year-old rookie, who pitched 4.2 innings of two-run ball in his last outing against the Cubs at Wrigley Field.
