Nick Gonzalez went 2-4 with a triple and a stolen base for the Pirates in the win. Tonight, Pittsburgh will have Mitch Keller (11-10, 3.87) on the mound as he looks to bounce back after taking his 10th loss of the season in his last start. He went 6 innings and allowed 4 runs on 4 hits against the Royals. He will be countered by Nick Martinez (9-6, 3.37) of the Reds. Martinez is coming off a solid 6 inning start in his last game. He picked up his 9th win of the season by holding the Twins to 1 run on 3 hits while striking out 6. That start was preceded by 7 shutout innings against the Braves. If he has the same stuff, it will be difficult for the Pirates to win this one.
