In what is arguably the most vicious rivalry in the NFL, the Philadelphia Eagles (8-2) will head into Jerry World to take on their rival Dallas Cowboys (4-5-1) with a chance to wrap up the division title. This will be a rematch from the season opener where the Eagles won 24-20.

After a 21-20 Philly lead at the half, both defenses settled in and combined to allow just 3 total points in the 2nd half. Interestingly, all touchdowns came on the ground with Javonte Williams scoring twice for the Cowboys and Hurts and Barley combining for Philly’s 3 touchdowns. While the Eagles are in a great position to win the division before the holidays and currently sit at 8-2 overall, there is still drama. The ongoing issues with the offense struggling have been exasperated by the media. There have been rumors swirling about AJ Brown and Jalen Hurts’ relationship and potentially the franchise at large with Hurts. The Eagles will need to put this aside to continue to be successful.

Dallas has not had the season they had envisioned but are coming off an impressive showing last week against Vegas. The 33-16 victory featured an offensive onslaught through the air, as Dak Prescott finished with 4 passing touchdowns. That performance is what Dallas fans are expecting week in and week out. This week, that will be a tall task against a Philly defense that is coming off a game where they held the high-powered Detroit offense to just 9 total points
