At the WTA event in Iasi, Romania, on Thursday, Panna Udvardy and Katarzyna Kawa will lock horns, and not for the first time in 2026. Back in April, these two players met in Bogota, Colombia, where it was the Hungarian who came out on top, winning in straight sets. Udvardy also played well at this event a year ago, reaching the final. 

There's not much between the pair based on the early lines, while the current WTA Rankings also point towards the gap in quality between the two being not terribly huge. However, the Hungarian is the player currently ranked in the top 100, while it was the Udvardy who emerged victorious when the pair met on a clay-court earlier this year, and on that evidence, she's worthy of stronger market support. At odds of -105, the current world number 71 is worth betting on to win, especially as she's previously enjoyed herself in Iasi.
