After what was a disappointing result at the weekend, the New York Red Bulls failed to bounce back in the week, despite playing in front of a home crowd, where they were beaten (and comfortably) by their big rivals NYCFC. That defeat will have hurt, so we're talking about a home team that is now desperate to bounce back. Visiting Red Bull Arena on Saturday will be an FC Dallas team that is also now a little out of sorts. 

The visitors have been flying along, but thanks to a clear lack of defensive strength, they're now struggling, losing two on the bounce. In the early betting, it may just pay to opt for Emil Forsberg as an 'Anytime Goalscorer'. The Swede hasn't scored for a while, but he came very close last weekend, getting into some promising posiitons after coming on as a sub. He should be in from the start here and as the visitors aren't doing so well right now, this could easily be the opening that he's been looking for.

The Swede has more than enough ability to be a regular scorer at this level, so it's right to call him out for so far only notching once during the 2026 Major League Soccer season.
