While the Saints record is not one that will earn them a playoff spot, they have been playing better lately. Winners of 3 of their last 5, the Saints are coming off a narrow loss to the Washington Commanders at home last week, 20-19. The same Commanders team that just defeated the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. That said, they will be without their top offensive star in Alvin Kamara as he is out with a groin injury. Kendre Miller will slide into the main role in the backfield and will need to make the most of his opportunity for this Saints team to stand any chance on the road. The Packers have been surging lately. They have won 4 of their last 5, including an impressive 31-13 road win over Seattle last week. Josh Jacobs has scored 9 touchdowns over his last 5 games and has given this Packers team a true balanced attack on offense. In their 4 recent wins, the defense has been holding opponents to just 14.75ppg. If the defense continues to play like this, the Packers are a legit contender in the NFC.
