The New England Patriots (2-7 SU, 3-5-1 ATS) visit the Chicago Bears (4-4 SU, 4-3-1 ATS) in a game that’s a must-win situation for the home team. The Bears haven’t really shown that they can beat good teams, and they won’t have to in this game, as New England has been one of the weakest in the NFL this season.
Chicago’s four wins have come against Jacksonville, Carolina, Los Angeles and Tennessee, none of whom look like a playoff team. The Chicago defense has mostly been solid, but the defense broke down in a hurry last week at Arizona, giving up a season-high 29 points to the Cardinals.
