All eyes will be on Geodis Park this weekend, as Nashville SC host Philadelphia Union in one of the most anticipated games of the MLS season so far. Nashville are currently third in the Eastern Conference table, just two points behind first place Philadelphia. Victory on Saturday would see Nashville leapfrog their rivals and move into top spot, whilst also putting them in pole position to claim a spot in the CONCACAF Champions Cup.
Philadelphia come into the game on the back of a disappointing defeat to the Columbus Crew last weekend. That loss was the Union's first in eleven games, so they will be desperate to get back to winning ways and reassert their position at the top of the table. That won't be easy against a Nashville side that has won each of their last three fixtures. Last time out, Nashville edged to a narrow 0-1 victory at DC United, thanks to a Sam Sturridge penalty.
