As far as I'm concerned, the early market is overreacting to the fact that both teams kept clean sheets last week, so much so that 'Both Teams to Score' looks generously priced. For starters, the hosts most recently tied 0-0 with FC Dallas but they did create chances in that game, while they also conceded games. Moreover, they scored and conceded (and created and gave away plenty) during the first round of games.
The visitors also kept a clean sheet last week, beating Cincinnati by a goal to zero, but they looked far from secure at the back in doing so, while they too were involved in a game where they created lots and conceded lots during the opening weekend, tying 2-2 with Austin. Quite simply, the evidence available points towards a game where both teams notch being a little more likely than the early odds suggest.
