Tallon Griekspoor of the Netherlands can add another grass-court title to his collection if he can overcome the red-hot Corentin Moutet of France in Saturday's men’s singles final of the 2025 Mallorca Championships.
Griekspoor picked up his third consecutive win and sixth of his last seven matches after topping Felix Auger-Aliassime of Canada 6-4, 6-4. Auger-Aliassime is the second Canadian player eliminated by Griekspoor, who had also bested the 2025 Libema Open champion, Gabriel Diallo, 6-4 6-4 in the quarterfinals. The Dutch played an efficient game, holding 100 percent of their serves and winning 76 percent of their first serves.
Moutet improved his 2025 grass-court record to 8-2 following Friday’s win over Alex Michelsen 6-4 7-6(3). Moutet has now ousted two Americans in consecutive days after topping Learner Tien 6-2 7-5 in the quarterfinal. Moutet’s grass-court mastery was on display throughout his semi-final duel with Michelsen. The Frenchman collected 35 points off his first serves and broke the American 3 times, on top of 4 aces.
