After plenty of Leagues Cup action over the last couple of weeks, it's back down to business in Major League Soccer on Saturday evening. In Canada, CF Montreal and Atlanta United will lock horns having enjoyed contrasting fortunes last time out. During the week, the hosts were beaten in the Leagues Cup by Puebla, losing on home soil.
Meanwhile, the visitors got the job done in rather decisive fashion, thrashing Atlas by four goals to one in front of a home crowd. Now stepping away from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, can they kick on? Well, that probably won't be easy to do, especially as they've struggled to come up with their best, at least from a results point of view, when playing away from home.
The Five Stripes remain without an away-day win in 2025. Then again, this might be the chance for them to get that first road win of the campaign, with the hosts winning only one of their 11 Major League Soccer games at home. An interesting game awaits.
