To be honest, I just don't agree with the early prices here. While I completely agree that Griekspoor is the (marginally) better player, I don't agree that he should be such a strong favourite. As the higher-ranked player, he's probably ever so slightly better suited to closing out five-set matches, but he's far from a top player, so I really don't think Kecmanovic is a big underdog here. For my money, the Serbian deserves a little more respect. After all, he's twice beaten higher-ranked players on grass in recent weeks. What's more, despite winning in the Netherlands when the pair met last month, Griekspoor far from outplayed his tournament, with all three sets being decided by tie breaks, and hard-fought ones at that. That evidence really does tell me that Kecmanovic has a decent chance of getting the win here, a bigger chance in fact that the early odds suggest.
