Two sides in urgent need of a win lock horns at Old Trafford on Saturday evening, as Manchester United host Tottenham in a crucial Premier League matchup.
United have picked up just one win from their opening five league games, and their overall displays have been well short of the high standards they reached in the latter part of last season. Victory over Spurs on Saturday will go some way towards relieving the pressure that is beginning to mount on manager Michael Carrick.
Spurs are currently bottom of the Premier League table and are still looking for their first win of the campaign.
Finding the back of the net has been the main problem for Roberto De Zerbi’s side so far; they have scored just two goals so far, and their options up front look short of the quality required to score regularly in the top flight.
