Owing to their big 3-0 triumph last time out, Brentford are back in the top seven spots and as a result, their motivation for European football has been reignited again. Adding to that motivation is the fact that the Bees have never qualified for continental action before. They’re thus fuelled for this difficult assignment at the Etihad.

Though already qualified for Europe, Man City have a game in hand and will be battling for the precious league title till the end. This means they need a win in every game and cannot leave anything to chance, so they’ll definitely be putting their foot down on the gas, meaning space on the break could be the key for The Bees.
