It’s already time for the second leg of the Champions League playoff between Olympique Lyonnais and Fenerbahçe. They’ll face off for a spot in the Champions League group stage this Wednesday at Groupama Stadium. This is the most important match of the early season for both clubs. Qualifying for Europe’s premier club competition would be a huge financial boost for the Rhône-based club. The team, coached by Paulo Fonseca, remains in a strong position following the 1-1 draw in the first leg.

Fenerbahçe, however, hasn’t said its last word yet. The Turkish club is determined to make its return to the Champions League this midweek.
