Surprisingly it has been his legs that have benefited him the most. He has been averaging 55 yards per game on the ground, which has helped extend drives and get the Pats into scoring positions. In their latest win, 19-3 over Chicago, the defense dominated the game. They held the Bears to just 142 yards of total offense and sacked Caleb Williams, an incredible amount of 9 times. This week, they will face a much tougher task in the Los Angeles Rams offense. LA is coming off a 23-15 loss to the Miami Dolphins, which snapped a 3-game winning streak for them. In the loss, the Rams could not get a true run game established. They finished with just 70 yards on the ground. The 3/12 they went on 3rd down, meant that fans saw drive after drive stall before getting into scoring positions. This matchup could prove beneficial to the Rams as they gear up to face the 8-2 Philadelphia Eagles next week.
