The Los Angeles Rams (1-2 SU, 1-2 ATS) look to build off last week’s momentum as they face the Chicago Bears (1-2 SU, 1-1-1 ATS). This is the proverbial matchup of the stoppable force against the very movable object, as the Rams have the worst defense in the NFL while the Bears gain fewer yards than anyone.
Chicago really wasn’t a good offensive team last year, and it’s tried to let Caleb Williams grow into his own as a quarterback. Whether that’s really possible remains to be seen. The Bears have faced a few pretty decent defenses in the first few weeks of the season, but this marks the first time they’ve faced one that is unquestionably poor.

Our Chicago Bears vs Los Angeles Rams Prediction
The Bears have had to rely on their defense as the offense tries to get up to par, and it hasn’t gone all that well. Chicago managed to score 24 points in the first week, but that was because of Tennessee’s own self-destruction while it had the ball. The Bears’ offense didn’t do anything in that win, and they’ve only managed to score 29 points in the past two weeks.
The Rams seemingly saved their season by coming back from a huge deficit against San Francisco, but it’s still really uncertain as to what exactly the Rams’ ability is. They can definitely move the football, but the defense has shown no ability to stop anybody, resulting in plenty of points on both sides. The second half was a bit more encouraging than the entire Rams’ season up to this point, and Los Angeles seems a bit further along than Chicago to this point. The best way to go about this is to just take the points and hope, so our prediction for Los Angeles vs. Chicago is Rams +3.
