The Clippers blasted the undermanned Atlanta Hawks, 115-92, to snap a five-game losing streak on Wednesday. James Harden recorded 27 points, 4 rebounds, and 9 assists, and Ivica Zubac posted 14 points and 17 boards to power their team past the Hawks, who were missing their two stars, Trae Young and Jalen Johnson. Harden is putting together another All-Star type of year, averaging 26.9 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 8.4 assists. However, his individual brilliance hasn’t translated much to victories as the Clippers find themselves 10 games below .500 at 6-16 after one and a half months of basketball.

The Grizzlies could not extend their winning streak to four games after falling to the San Antonio Spurs, 119-126, on Tuesday. Cam Spencer scored a team-high 21 points, and Jaylen Wells chipped in 20 points in a losing effort. The good news is Ja Morant could make his return from a calf injury as medical reports have him listed as day-to-day.
