LA Lakers and LA Clippers will face off in the NBA Summer League on Tuesday night in Las Vegas. The Lakers have shown much promise throughout this July extravaganza, winning four of their five Summer League assignments. They’ll come into this contest riding on a four-game winning run, the latest being a 70-91 win over Dallas Mavericks on Sunday. Their youngsters have shown plenty of desire to ball out as the stakes keep rising.
The Clippers, meanwhile, are coming off a commanding 104-82 win over Utah Jazz to bounce back from their 85-91 defeat against the Kings. They were led by Keaton Wagler against the Jazz, with the No. 5 overall pick collecting 23 points and three assists. Baba Miller was also on fire, bagging 15 points, whereas Nick Martinelli contributed 14 points and six rebounds from the bench. They’re the warm -175 betting favorites tonight.
