The Los Angeles Lakers and the LA Clippers will take their intra-city rivalry to the Summer League stage on Monday at Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Lakers have split their first two Summer League games, suffering a two-point heartbreaker against the Cooper Flagg-led Dallas Mavericks, 85-87, before bouncing back with a surgical win over the New Orleans Pelicans, 94-81. Jordan Miller, the 48th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft, racked up 23 points and 11 rebounds in 34 minutes of play, while last year’s 46th overall pick Cam Christie recorded 21 points for the Clippers, who still hacked out a win despite shooting only 41 percent from the field.
