Leeds United's first game back in the Premier League sees them host Everton in the opening Monday Night Football matchup of the season. Daniel Farke's men eased to promotion last season, racking up an impressive 100 points en route to the Championship. They are likely to find things much tougher this time around, but the additions of Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Sean Longstaff and Anton Stach represent strong statements of intent that should give Leeds a fighting chance of avoiding the drop.
Everton have also been busy during the off-season, with the loan signing of Man City winger Jack Grealish creating some big headlines. Toffees boss David Moyes will be hoping that highly rated French striker Thierno Barry can solve their goalscoring problems, whilst Carlos Alcaraz and Kieran Dewsbury-Hall both look like astute midfield signings. After four successive bottom half finishes, Everton fans will be hoping for a much improved campaign to mark the team's highly anticipated move to the new Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Of the three newly promoted sides, Leeds look the best equipped to avoid relgation. However, we think that Everton will be too strong for them on Monday night. Since taking over from Sean Dyche in January, David Moyes has made the Toffees extremely hard to beat.
