Akron has the No. 1 offense in the conference, averaging 83.7 points per game, and also happens to be No. 8 in the country. Kent State has the best defense in the conference (No. 65 in the country)—which was shredded in the last two road games for 96 and 84 points. I don’t think Kent State will be any more effective on defense in Akron as it was in Kent. Kent State will put up some points on Akron’s mediocre defense (give the OVER some serious thought), but I’m taking Akron and laying the points.
