FIU Panthers vs Kennesaw State Owls Prediction & Picks - NCAA

The Kennesaw State Owls (4-2) will try to stay undefeated in conference play Tuesday night when they take on the Florida International Panthers (3-3) at Pitbull Stadium in Miami, FL. Kickoff for this Conference USA matchup is scheduled for 7 p.m. EST and the game will be broadcast on ESPN.

Kennesaw State took a big step up in weight class to start the season with two road games right off the bat, @ Wake Forest and @ Indiana. They gave the Demon Deacons a good fight but fell 10-9 in the end. The game against Indiana, though, wasn’t quite as competitive as the Hoosiers blew them out in Bloomington 56-9. But once they started punching in their weight class, things took a turn for the better. After starting with two on the road, they played four at home and recorded wins in all four. The most dominant came last weekend when they defeated Louisiana Tech 35-7.

Florida International has had a different journey. The Panthers started the season with a dominant win (42-9) over a soft opponent, Bethune-Cookman, before getting crushed by Penn State, 34-0. They got back on the right side of the scoreboard vs. FAU (38-28), but then dropped their next two (vs. Delaware, 38-16; vs. UConn, 51-10). But they improved to 3-3 with a 25-6 win over Western Kentucky last weekend.
