FC Juarez and Puebla will battle for three points on Friday night at Estadio Olimpico Benito Juárez. With just three games to play, FC Juarez will be looking to bolster their playoff chances with a win against Puebla. They are ninth in the standings with 19 points, five points ahead of Pumas UNAM, who occupy the eighth and final playoff spot. That’s also two points behind the sixth-placed Pachuca. A win on Friday night would put them in an exciting position.

Puebla, on the other hand, has had a disastrous campaign in the Mexican Apertura. They are last in the standings with eight points after winning only twice this season. But despite their struggles, they would want to finish the season strongly and have something to build on next year.
