=11.0ptThe Houston Texans had won their 1st two games of the season before squaring off with the Minnesota Vikings last week. CJ Stroud had looked strong and the only real concern heading into the game was that running back Joe Mixon would be unavailable. Things ended up getting out of hand quickly in the game. Minnesota jumped out to a 14-0 lead in the 1st quarter and led by as many as 21 in the 1st half. In the 2nd half, the Texans were shutout and lost by the final of 34-7. Houston was just 4/14 on 3rd down and only accumulated 38 rushing yards. They also lost the turnover battle 2-0 and never found their footing throughout the game. For Jacksonville, things have gone from bad to worse. After losing their 1st two games to Miami and Cleveland, they were decimated by the Bills 47-10 on Monday night and find themselves questioning the direction of the franchise. Josh Allen carved up the Jacksonville secondary by throwing 4 touchdowns to 4 different receivers. Offensively, the Jags could not give Trevor Lawrence enough time as he was sacked 4 times and completed less than 56% of his passes for under 180 yards.
