The Arizona Cardinals (3-7) will look to avoid another losing streak as they host the Jacksonville Jaguars (6-4) this Sunday afternoon. The Jags, on the other hand, are looking to keep some hope that they can steal the division over the current leaders, Indianapolis Colts.
The Cardinals finally snapped a 5-game losing streak 3 weeks ago when they defeated the Cowboys 27-17. Since then, they dropped both games. A 44-22 loss to Seattle was followed by a 41-22 loss to the Niners last week. They will once again be without Marvin Harrison Jr and Jacoby Brissett will be under center once again as Kyler Murray remains on the IR. If things are going to turn around at all for this Cardinals team, it is going to have to start with the defense that is now giving up over 25.5 points per game.
For the Jaguars, they are coming off a dominate win over the Los Angeles Chargers last week. The rushing game was stellar for the Jags as they posted nearly 200 yards on the ground in the 35-6 win. The defense was just as impressive, holding the Chargers to just 135 total yards and sacking Justin Herbert 3 times.
The Cardinals are going to be tested by this tough rushing attack of the Jaguars. If they are not up to the task, the result could be just as ugly as their last two games

The Jags just dismantled a decent Chargers team while this Cardinals team has looked like they are packing it in for the season. In a game where the spread should be closer to a touchdown, we smell something fishy. We are going to back the Cardinals here at home and wouldn’t be shocked if they somehow pull off the upset victory.
