The Green Bay Packers (1-1 SU, 1-1 ATS) visit the Tennessee Titans (0-2 SU, 0-2 ATS), who really have to feel like they should not be in this situation. The Titans have given away two games this season, blowing leads to both the Bears and the Jets to put themselves in a deep hole as far as the AFC South goes. With Houston already 2-0, Tennessee really can’t afford to fall any further behind.
Green Bay also finds itself in a tight spot, as the NFC North is proving to be deeper than expected. Everyone thought that Detroit would compete for the title, and some thought Chicago had a chance as well. But Minnesota leads the pack after two weeks and has looked very good in the process. Meanwhile, the Packers still have to survive being down Jordan Love for a few weeks. Based on Malik Willis’ play last week, even in a win, it’s not a great spot.

Throwing the ball is likely not going to happen in this game. The Titans boast the top passing defense in the league, and that’s after facing Aaron Rodgers in Week 2. Tennessee completely confused Caleb Williams in his opening day start, and if not for Will Levis’ mistakes and a blocked punt, Tennessee wins that game.
Green Bay will try its best to run the ball and ask Willis not to lose the game for it. Willis is, of course, the quarterback Tennessee jettisoned to make room for Levis, and he’d love a shot to even the score against the Titans. Based on last week, though, that’s not likely. Willis will likely make short, safe throws when available and the Packers will try another steady diet of Josh Jacobs. Tennessee’s special teams issues are a big concern, but with Green Bay keeping the clock moving, points should be at a premium. Our prediction for Green Bay vs. Tennessee is Under 37.5.
