Week 14 of the NFL season kicks off with a monumental NFC North clash as the 9-3 Green Bay Packers face the 11-1 Detroit Lions at Ford Field. The Lions are the hottest team in the NFL at present and have won their last 10 games. However, they were slightly fortunate to escape their Thanksgiving Day clash against the Bears with their winning streak intact. A mediocre second half display saw the Bears come close to mounting a game winning drive, only for terrible clock management to tuin their chances. The Lions will need to be much sharper against a Green Bay side on a three game winning streak. Last time out, the Packers eased to a 30-17 win over the Dolphins, largely thanks to a dominant first half display which saw them reach half time with a 24-3 lead.
