Former UFC Top 15 Lightweight star Grant Dawson (23-3-1) will return to the Octagon this weekend when he faces Mateusz Rebecki (20-4-0) at Prudential Center in New Jersey. Dawson will be battling his way back into the division ranking. The 32-year-old American is on record complaining that the franchise hasn’t given him enough chances to break through, and will be keen to prove what he can do this weekend. The mission is simple: win and build his profile.
Mateusz Rebecki, on the other side of the Octagon, will enter UFC 328 as one of the most exciting fighters in the division. The Polish fighter entered the UFC in August 2022 via the Dana White Contender Series. He went on to win his first four assignments, while earning “Fight of the Night” bonuses in his last three fights. However, the 33-year-old lost his last two assignments and will be desperate to bounce back to winning ways this weekend.
