The second of Monday's two games takes place at Hill Dickenson Stadium, where Everton and Man City will lock horns. The Toffees' push for continental soccer was derailed somewhat last week. It looked as if David Moyes' men would wrestle a point in East London, especially when Keirnan Dewsbury-Hall rifled home from close range with only a few minutes to go, but a defiant West Ham offense had other ideas, grabbing a stoppage-time winner to make it two losses on the spin for Monday's visitors, who are now three points off the top seven.

The race for the EPL title is very much on. After Arsenal's early rampage against the Cottagers on Saturday, Pep Guardiola's men find themselves six points off top spot, but they do have two games in hand, so a win here would keep them firmly in the hunt for a first league success since 2024. Taking the visitors to win in relatively low-scoring fashion could be the way to go in the betting.
