In a huge Western Conference clash, the Dallas Stars will host the Edmonton Oilers at American Airlines Center on Thursday.
This matchup marks the rematch of the last two Western Conference Finals, both of which the Oilers won. The two teams are among the Western Conference challengers again this year, and a victory could provide a big confidence boost to either team ahead of the final stretch of the regular season.
The Stars have won both of the previous two head-to-head meetings this season and are heading out as favorites on Thursday night. Glen Gulutzan’s team has been in fabulous form and will look to extend a 13-game point streak. This stretch includes a franchise-record 10 wins.
