The second round of the NBA playoffs is starting to take shape, and two games are scheduled for Saturday, including a Game 3 in the Eastern Conference between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Detroit Pistons. Let’s take a look at the match statistics and predictions for this game between the Cavaliers and the Pistons.
The series will now head to Cleveland, where the Cavaliers find themselves down 0-2. Cleveland was more competitive in Game 2; however, faded late, which resulted in a 10-point Pistons’ win. Cleveland has been held in check for the most part in this series, as they are averaging 99 points per game over the first two games. While being at home is sure to be refreshing, the Cavs simply do not look to be up to par with the Pistons and therefore, could struggle again.
As for Detroit, they easily took care of business at home, putting them in a great spot to take a commanding lead in the series. Further, Detroit has looked much better against Cleveland compared to Orlando in the first two games, suggesting they could have more success in Game 3.
